PICK-UP & DELIVERY

All beef is processed at our partner facility in Zephyr, Texas, with the option for processor pick-up by appointment or insulated, vacuum-sealed shipping (3–4 weeks after processing) throughout Texas, with delivery outside the state available by quote.

All beef is custom cut, vacuum-sealed, and labeled by our processor in Zephyr, Texas, then packed frozen into boxes for shipping or processor pick-up, with a Half Beef requiring about 8–9 cubic feet of freezer space (fits in most car trunks or backseats).
