Where do you ship?

We currently ship standard online orders throughout the continental United States. We are not advertising international shipping at this time.

How will my beef arrive?

Standard shipped orders are vacuum sealed, kept frozen, and packed in an insulated box with dry ice. Bring the box inside promptly and move the beef to your freezer or refrigerator.

When do orders ship?

Continental U.S. orders generally ship on Monday and typically arrive within two to three business days. Carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and destination can affect delivery timing.

Which shopping option is right for me?

Choose Individual Cuts for a few favorites, Build Your Own Box when you want complete control, Bundles for the easiest curated option and built-in savings, or Beef Shares when you are ready to stock the freezer for the long term.

Can I choose exactly what goes in my box?

Yes. Build Your Own Box lets you choose the cuts your household wants. Ready-made bundles are preselected for convenience and savings.

How do beef shares work?

Choose a quarter, half, or whole share and pay the deposit shown on the product page. Then complete the cut sheet with your preferences. The remaining balance is calculated from the animal’s actual hanging weight, and pickup or delivery is coordinated when the share is ready.

How much freezer space do I need for a beef share?

Plan for approximately 4–6 cubic feet for a quarter, 8–10 cubic feet for a half, and 16–18 cubic feet for a whole beef share. Final packaged weight varies by animal and cut selections.

Are beef shares included in free-shipping promotions?

No. Beef shares are excluded from free-shipping promotions because pickup or delivery is coordinated separately.

What if my order arrives damaged or warm?

Contact us within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos of the outside of the box, packaging, and product. Our team will review the issue and help as quickly as possible.
