Price Beef & Cattle Co. – Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations
Price Beef & Cattle Co. proudly ships our premium Wagyu/Angus beef nationwide within the continental United States.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO
addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
All orders must be delivered to a physical street address where someone can promptly receive and properly store the product upon delivery.
2. Order Processing
We process and ship orders every Monday to ensure that your beef arrives at peak freshness and does not sit in transit over a weekend.
Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM (CST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next available business day.
Processing times may vary for custom or bulk orders, such as whole, half, or quarter beef shares. These will be scheduled around butcher dates and fulfillment windows communicated directly with you.
3. Packaging & Cold-Chain Logistics
Your beef is carefully vacuum-sealed, frozen, and packed in insulated boxes designed to maintain safe temperatures throughout transit.
We use dry ice to keep products frozen or chilled until arrival.
Each shipment is temperature-controlled and handled in accordance with USDA food safety standards.
Please note:
• Packaging is durable and recyclable where possible.
• Upon arrival, transfer your beef to a freezer or refrigerator immediately to preserve quality.
• Dry Ice Safety: Do not handle dry ice with bare hands. Always use gloves or tongs when removing it from packaging. Avoid direct contact with skin or prolonged inhalation of vapors.
• Price Beef & Cattle Co. is not responsible for any injuries, burns, or damages resulting from improper handling or misuse of dry ice.
• Dispose of dry ice safely in a well-ventilated area, away from children and pets.
4. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We currently ship via FedEx and UPS, depending on your location and order size.
Typical delivery timeframes range from 2–3 business days, although transit times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
At this time, we do not require a signature upon delivery; however, we strongly recommend that someone be available to receive the package on the expected delivery date to ensure product safety.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, destination, and service type.
We strive to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible while maintaining the highest standard of temperature control and packaging quality.
From time to time, we may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions for select bundles or order thresholds. These will be clearly noted on our website or during checkout.
6. Delivery Options
We currently offer the following delivery options:
• Nationwide Shipping: Delivered directly to your door via FedEx or UPS.
• Local Ranch Pickup: Available by appointment only at our ranch in Texas.
All deliveries are made Monday–Saturday during standard carrier delivery hours.
7. Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Price Beef & Cattle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier errors, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We monitor shipments closely and will assist in filing claims with carriers if necessary.
If your order is delayed in transit and arrives thawed or compromised, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can review your case.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives with damaged packaging, missing products, or signs of spoilage, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can investigate.
Include your order number and clear photos of the box, packaging, and affected items.
Depending on the situation, resolutions may include:
• Replacement of affected items
• Store credit for the value of the damaged products
• Partial refund, at our discretion

9. Regulatory Compliance
All Price Beef & Cattle Co. products are USDA-inspected and handled in compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
Each order includes proper safe-handling instructions and packaging designed to maintain temperature control throughout transit.
Our beef is processed in USDA-certified facilities to ensure quality, safety, and full traceability from ranch to table.
10. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier link.
You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of your scheduled ship date, please reach out to us for assistance.
