• Adjust pricing at any time before checkout completion
All weights listed for bulk orders (whole, half, quarter) are estimated hanging weights and may vary slightly based on final processing.
4. Payment & Billing
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise noted (such as deposits for beef shares).
By submitting payment, you represent that:
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• The information you supply is accurate and complete
We process payments securely through Shopify Payments and other approved providers (e.g., PayPal, Shop Pay). We do not store full credit card details.
If a payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and/or refuse future service.
5. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed according to our [Shipping Policy], which includes details on nationwide delivery, carrier use, and cold-chain packaging.
We typically ship orders on Mondays to ensure the freshest delivery and avoid weekend transit delays.
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, weather, or external factors.
Once an order leaves our facility, Price Beef & Cattle Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
6. Returns, Refunds, & Replacements
Because our products are perishable and custom-cut, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns but may issue replacements, store credits, or partial refunds in limited cases such as damaged, spoiled, or incorrect shipments.

7. Perishable Goods Disclaimer
Our beef is shipped frozen using insulated boxes and dry ice or gel packs to maintain proper temperature.
It is the customer’s responsibility to bring shipments indoors immediately upon delivery and store them properly.
Price Beef & Cattle Co. is not responsible for spoilage, quality issues, or safety concerns resulting from improper storage, handling, or delayed retrieval after delivery.
Dry Ice Warning: Do not handle dry ice with bare hands. Use gloves or tongs and avoid direct contact. We are not liable for any injury caused by improper handling.
8. Accuracy of Information
While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, errors (including typographical or pricing errors) may occur.
We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or description before shipment.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs — is the property of Price Beef & Cattle Co. and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.
