Price Beef & Cattle Co. – Refund & Return Policy


1. General Policy Statement

At Price Beef & Cattle Co., we take great pride in delivering premium, ranch-raised Wagyu/Angus beef directly from our family ranch to your table.

Because our products are perishable and custom-butchered to order, all beef sales are final once processing or fulfillment has begun.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in rare cases where your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.

Each cut is individually inspected for quality and food safety before packaging and shipment. We stand behind the quality of every order and want our customers to be completely satisfied, so please contact us immediately if you experience an issue.

 

2. Eligible Issues for Refund, Replacement, or Credit 

Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with punctured packaging, broken seals, or the wrong cuts, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the affected product and packaging.

• Shipping Delays or Spoiled Product

We ship all orders frozen with insulated packaging and dry or gel ice. However, if carrier delays result in product thawing or spoilage upon arrival, notify us within 24 hours so we can review and assist.

• Missing Items 

If part of your order is missing, contact us promptly so we can confirm and correct the error.

• Quality Concerns 

We take beef quality seriously. If you are dissatisfied, reach out so we can review your concern. Please note, however, that we cannot be responsible for taste preferences, cooking results, or improper storage after delivery.

 

3. Customer Handling Responsibilities 

To ensure freshness and safety, it’s essential that all beef shipments are promptly brought inside and properly stored upon delivery. 

Price Beef & Cattle Co. is not responsible for spoilage or loss caused by:

• Deliveries left outside in heat, sunlight, or for extended periods

• Lost, stolen, or refused deliveries 

• Improper refrigeration or freezing after receipt

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and immediately transfer all products to a freezer or refrigerator.

 

4. Shipping & Carrier Issues 

While we work with trusted carriers, Price Beef & Cattle Co. is not responsible for carrier errors such as lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

If a shipping issue occurs, please contact both the carrier and us so we can investigate and, if applicable, file a claim.

If a claim is approved, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement shipment, store credit, or partial refund to help make things right. 

 

5. Reporting an Issue 

If you experience any problem with your order, please report it within 24 hours of delivery using the steps below:

2. Provide your order number, delivery date, and a brief explanation of the issue.

3. Include clear photos showing the condition of the product and packaging at the time of delivery.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution due to the perishable nature of our products.

 

6. Resolution Options 

Once your claim and documentation are reviewed, and if approved, we may offer one of the following remedies:

• Replacement: Reshipment of the affected product at no cost.

• Store Credit: Credit equal to the value of the affected items to be used on a future order.

• Refund: Full or partial refund to the original payment method. 


If a return is accepted, please allow up to 30 days for inspection and processing. We will notify you of the return status and any store credit, replacement, or reimbursement once the review is complete. 


Resolution type and eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. 


7. Exclusions & Limitations 


The following situations are not covered under our refund policy: 


• Spoilage due to improper handling or delayed storage after delivery

• Lost, stolen, or refused shipments 

• Incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients

• Taste preferences or preparation outcomes

• Seasonal, limited-time, clearance, or promotional items 

• Gift cards or store credits 


8. Order Cancellations & Deposits 


Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before processing or butchering begins. 


Once a steer has been scheduled for processing, deposits and payments become non
refundable due to the custom nature of each order. 


After fulfillment or shipment, cancellations are no longer possible.

 

9. Policy Updates & Agreement

Price Beef & Cattle Co. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, with or without notice.

We also reserve the right to decline or refuse refunds or replacements for any reason deemed appropriate.

By placing an order through our website, by phone, or in person, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy in its entirety.
