How Shipping Works

Ranch-raised American Wagyu, packed carefully and delivered throughout the continental U.S.

Ordering beef online should feel straightforward. Here is what happens after you choose your cuts.

1. Choose how you want to shop

Order individual cuts, build a custom box, choose a ready-made bundle, or reserve a quarter, half, or whole beef share. Product pages show package sizes, pricing, and important order details before checkout.

2. We prepare your order

Your beef is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, and kept frozen. Standard shipped orders are packed in an insulated box with dry ice to help protect the product in transit.

3. Your order ships

Continental U.S. orders generally ship on Monday and typically arrive within two to three business days. Tracking information is sent when your order is on the way. Delivery timing can vary because of destination, carrier conditions, weather, and holidays.

4. Unpack and store it

Bring the box inside promptly. Beef should arrive frozen or very cold to the touch. Place it in the freezer or refrigerator immediately. It is normal for some or all of the dry ice to have dissipated during transit; do not touch remaining dry ice with bare hands.

Beef shares work differently

Quarter, half, and whole beef purchases begin with a deposit. After reserving your share, you complete the cut sheet so the processor knows how you want the beef prepared. The remaining balance is based on the animal’s actual hanging weight, and pickup or delivery is coordinated with you when the share is ready. Beef shares are excluded from free-shipping promotions.
